Dawn Cherie Araujo
Global Sisters Report Staff Writer
Kansas City, Missouri
I write for the Global Sisters Report, a special project of the National Catholic Reporter that provides focused coverage of nuns and Catholic sisters. I am a former freelancer and Sojourners magazine editorial assistant.
I have a tenacious faith in the necessity of print media, and I think Gay Talese is the greatest writer who has ever lived. I love em dashes and semicolons, while my relationship with the Oxford comma is evolving. My longstanding aversion to the inverted pyramid, however, is well-documented.
